About the Author
Miao Kecheng is a native of Jiangyin in China's Jiangsu Province. He graduated from the physics department of Shanghai's East Normal University where he is now a professor. As a graduate student, he studied both physics and moral and ethical education. Professor Miao has devoted himself to the study of dissemination, education, and strategy of science. His work has also looked at designing, culturing, and applying ethics.
